Purslane
Purslane has succulent green leaves that are good for winter salad use or as a cooked leaf vegetable.Similar taste to spinach or watercress. Pick regularly to prevent the plant spreading. High in beneficial minerals and vitamins. Height 25-40 cm. Hardy annual.
