Ginger adds a warm spicy taste to all sorts of types of cooking. Easy to grow in the UK. After last frosts in May plant in a large pot either in a greenhouse or conservatory or in a sunny sheltered spot outdoors. Harvest late summer, early autumn before first frosts. High yielding.
